Twang Brewing Magic Fountain

By and large, Magic Fountain is a beer that could be enjoyed by a fountain in Cologne (OK, so we know you’re actually meant to be near a church but as a general rule, fountains and churches go hand in hand).

The Kolsch uses a classic malt base to provide gentle touches of biscuit and dry crackers but it’s where the hops go against the German grain. Rather than using any noble variety, the dual use of Galaxy and Citra makes Magic more hop-forward with flavours of fresh passionfruit and tropical.
