Twang Brewing Galaxy Explorer

Galaxy Explorer was Twang Brewing’s first beer and it’s something of a flagship too, with the Pacific Ale tapping right into modern tastes. It does that by its heavy use of Galaxy, which is added three times throughout the brewing process.

It’s pale yellow with a slight haze and the beer’s lean malt base ensures drinking Explorer is all about taking in a mouthful of Galaxy. Here it comes across like passionfruit, mango and a slight orange juice while a touch of bitterness kicks through on the finish.
