When your brewery is a co-op and run by more than 850 members, you need a beer that suits a range of drinkers. And what better beer is there for any moment than a pale ale?
The core range number from the Sydney-based outfit is a beer that satisfies many desires at once too, with its malt bill providing plenty by way of caramel and toffee alongside some gentle biscuity tunes. But when it comes to hops, it's certainly not a beer that's lacking thanks to a swell of grapefruit, pine and a more earthy-floral side. Speaking of swell, a snappy and dry finish make for the kind of beer that would suit any arvo by the beach or long session at the BBQ clicking tongs together.
