Job Description: Distribution and Logistics
Green Beacon is experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a motivated and energetic individual looking for a part time role in the beer industry. The primary objective of this role is to coordinate daily beer deliveries in the metro area and regular interstate/3PL stock movements. There will also be a significant focus on stock control, including batch tracking and rotation.
Job description
- Assist with processing orders for local, regional, and national accounts
- Organise third party logistics for stock transfers and sales nationally
- Schedule daily delivery routes and provide packing information to warehouse
- Stocktake reconciliation
Requirements
- Quick and confident in Microsoft office suite
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent scheduling and time management skills
- Experience in inventory management software highly regarded
Standard working week will be Monday to Friday, 7am – 12pm with the potential to transition to full time for the right candidate.
