JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR BREWER
White Brick Brewing is a family-owned microbrewery in North Lakes, Queensland.
If you are an experienced and passionate brewer, we have an opportunity to become an integral part of our small team.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a track record in the following;
- At lease two years commercial craft brewing experience
- High capacity in all brewing processes and ability to develop and brew a variety of styles
- Uncompromising commitment to quality control and continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive records in a clean and organised work environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Follow environmental and safety regulations and acts
- Formal training/qualifications in brewing strongly preferred
- Flexible work times including working events, festivals, tastings as required
This is a permanent fulltime role.
