After a successful 6 months, our current tenant is returning to the Alpine region and the Red Hill Brewery venue is available for lease from May 2024. It is a walk-in, nothing to spend, 4day a week operation (no nights). A successful and profitable hospitality venue, loyal clientele, with an attractive 3-bedroom renovated home as part of the lease.
The owners also work on the 5-acre property in the brewery barn, creating the award winning craft beers that the brewery is renowned for. The tenant has exclusive use of the venue (bar, kitchen and beer garden) and 3BR private home.
We are seeking ideally, a 2 person team, that can live onsite, are hospitality professionals with proven experience of successfully running a business and a commitment to maintaining a similar beer-friendly menu and drink offering as currently. A positive and enthusiastic outlook with knowledge of craft beer would be ideal, as the venue is the face of the Red Hill Brewery brand.
A variety of beverages can be served, but it is mandatory to serve only Red Hill Brewery beer onsite, for all on and off-premise sales. The team must have previous commercial or private rental references and take care of the property, the house, ensuring it is well maintained and well presented at all times.
The owners worked collaboratively with the current tenant in the provision of beer and support where needed. A lease will be in place for a minimum of 6 months or longer.

The ideal candidate will have been the nominee on a liquor licence previously and managed kitchen registration/food safety supervisor also.
Previous tenants have had their own business name, like the current one, Jack’s Canteen at Red Hill Brewery. The tenant can have their own business name that is already/previously used at another venue/site/truck or similar

A lease will be honored for any tenant, for a short term 6-12 months or longer by arrangement, however, if the property is sold during the tenancy the lease will transfer to the new property owner.
