We recently fired up our new production facility in Nambeelup which includes a 24HL brewhouse, 100HL fermenters, canning, kegging, coldstore and warehouse and we are now looking for an assistant brewer to help fill it all up. Whilst you will be based at Nambeelup, we’ve also just opened our venue and 6HL brewery in Broome, so some travel and brewing on Cable Beach is on the cards too.
Job Description
As our assistant brewer you will be involved in all aspects of production from raw materials intake, through wort production, cellar management and packaging. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn and grow with the company, create a great career path for yourself and have some fun along the way.
Our ideal candidate will have some hands on experience in a brewery or allied industry, brewing qualifications or similar and a great attitude and thirst to learn.
