Job Description: Relationship Manager
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for craft beer and fostering outstanding relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the thrill of closing deals? Then Frenchies Bistro and Brewery, a dynamic and growing craft brewery in Sydney’s Rosebery wants you!
We're seeking a Relationship Manager to lead our sales efforts and take our business to the next level, as we enter an exciting period of growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for our packaged products and kegs across NSW.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including pubs, bars, restaurants and bottle shops.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential customers to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions that increase sales and strengthen our brand.
- Utilise our CRM system, Breww, to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate regular reports for management.
- Analyse sales data from Breww to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and invoicing.
- Represent Frenchies Bistro & Brewery at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales / relationship management role within the hospitality or alcohol industry.
- Good knowledge of the NSW beer market and a network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- An interest in data analysis and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and a willingness to learn and utilise our CRM system, Breww.
- A strong capacity for managing time, working autonomously and finding solutions.
- A fun-loving spirit with a passion for craft beer and a desire to work with a team of energetic and dynamic individuals.
