Role Overview:
As the Manager of Marketing Communications, you will be the heartbeat of Cheeky Monkey's culture. This role isn't just about promoting our brand; it's about embodying it. Your mission will be to champion our brand proudly, ensuring our message resonates both externally with our customers and internally, particularly with our sales team and brewpub managers. Your creativity will spearhead our marketing strategy, always aiming for innovation and engagement, and your communication skills will bridge the gap between us and our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate and enrich our marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos.
- Cultivate a thriving community spirit across our venues in West Australia.
- Master the art of communication across various platforms, focusing on brand engagement, social media presence, retail advertising, and sales support.
- Lead our social media initiatives, creating content that's not just engaging, but cheeky, humorous, and reflective of our brand identity.
- Work closely with our brewing team to convey our passion for beer and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creatives to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay ahead of the curve in marketing, social media, and industry trends to keep our brand relevant and exciting.
- Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct in all marketing activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in marketing, with a proven record in digital and social media campaign success.
- Experience in the beer or beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
