Job Description: Packaging Lead / Production Assistant
Harcourt Apples based in Central Victoria, is a purpose-built facility producing some of the best fresh juice, cider, vinegar, and spirits in the country. The facility has great capabilities, serving us in both the domestic and export markets.
We invite a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic applicant to join our production team. This person will work in a close team environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, keen focus on accuracy and follows instructions/procedures well.
The position is a Monday to Friday full-time role.

What we need from you:
- The physical capacity to work on your feet.
- Previous experience in a brewery / cidery or food and beverage industry - highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good team player who is passionate about self-development.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Current forklift license - highly regarded but not essential.
- Flexible and able to work around changing schedules.
- A team mindset
- An energetic and positive attitude.
- Uphold safety standards and best practices in all operations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace.
- Be passionate about quality and consistency.
- Must have existing Right To Work in Australia.
