Job Description: Assistant Brewer
Scarborough Harbour Brewing Co is a family owned brewery and Brewpub in Scarborough, Redcliffe QLD.
We are looking for a person to assist in a range of brewing, cellaring on a fulltime basis.
Daily duties you will be responsible for:
- Conducting CIP procedures on fermenters, brites
- Assisting on the canning line
- Stock movement between warehouses
- Maintaining brewing, cleaning and packaging records as required
- General Cleaning
- Deliveries
- Takeaway cellar door sales
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid RSA
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- A strong knowledge of the brewing process
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A professional appearance and attitude
- Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Experience from a previous role is a great plus
