Shire Brewing run a number of homebrew stores in Sydney and as they grow, they're looking for some passionate beer people to join them.
Job Description: Team Members
We’re looking for a couple of friendly, confident and beer passionate people to join our crew at The Brew Shop. We have stores throughout Sydney that need knowledgeable and enthusiastic team members to help our ever-growing home brewing community with an array of brewing and fermenting needs.
An encyclopaedic knowledge isn’t required, so long as you can match a thirst for beer with a thirst for learning.
As well as attending to the store, other jobs within the role include producing and packing some of our own range, as well as picking for online orders and our store transfers.
What’s in it for you? As well as a decent hourly rate, first access to all the industry goodies and the broadening of your own brewing knowledge, you get the satisfaction of helping homebrewers get their best beer results. Oh, and the sampling… there’s a fair bit of “sampling”.
This job is open to anyone with the right skills and attitude, however some Saturday availability would be a bonus. There are a couple of positions up for grabs and a variety of jobs within the roles, meaning we can adapt the role for the right person.

Our main location is at Kirrawee in the Sutherland Shire, although the opportunities are not limited to this site.
