Job Title: General Manager - CBCo Venue (Victoria)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager of CBCo Venue in Victoria. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of CBCo Venue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Venue Management:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the venue, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Work closely with the Function Manager and General Manager CBCo Venue WA to ensure successful venue experiences and ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

2. Off-Site Activations:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute off-site activations, including festivals, product launches, and special events.
  • Work closely with the Function Manager and General Manager CBCo Venue WA to ensure successful off-site events.
  • Manage logistical and operational aspects, including staffing, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction during off-site activities.

3. Customer Experience:

  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuously assess and improve service standards, ensuring guests receive outstanding service at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.

4. Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the venue's budget, including cost control and revenue generation.
  • Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Report regularly on financial performance to the senior management team.

5. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure that the venue and off-site events comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain health and safety protocols and training for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
