Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for craft beer? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the thrill of closing deals? Then Frenchies Bistro and Brewery, a dynamic and growing craft brewery in Sydney’s Rosebery wants you!
We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and take our business to the next level, as we enter an exciting period of growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for our packaged products and kegs across NSW.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including pubs, bars, restaurants and bottle shops.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential customers to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions that increase sales and strengthen our brand.
- Utilise our CRM system, Breww, to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate regular reports for management.
- Analyse sales data from Breww to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and invoicing.
- Represent Frenchies Bistro & Brewery at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales management role within the alcohol industry.
- Strong knowledge of the NSW beer market and a network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for data analysis and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and a willingness to learn and utilise our CRM system, Breww.
- A strong capacity for managing time, working autonomously and finding solutions.
- A fun-loving spirit with a passion for craft beer and a desire to work with a team of energetic and dynamic individuals.
