Job Description: Venue Manager
After two years of nomad style brewing, Working Title has taken the reins of its forever home.
We're seeking a passionate legend who wants to embark on this incredible journey as we build one of Brisbane’s most experimental brewpubs. Working Title has no rhyme and no reason; we just want to slam bloody terrific beer into grateful faceholes. Every style, every story, pushing boundaries (and each other’s buttons) as we celebrate the incredible liquid that is beer. Working Title is all about experience and delivering excellence to our community. We want to be masters across our entire offering, from the crazy beers we make on site to our local, young producer wine list. Throw in a vibrant food menu, world class spirits and a small but fun cocktail offering and you'll see where we're taking this. A venue that is an expression of all the things we love; and we want you to have input in shaping that dream.

The Opportunity
- Be a senior leader of one of Brisbane’s best producers of boundary pushing beer.
- Create, develop and execute a range of initiatives to deliver a genuinely amazing experience.
- Involves working alongside passionate owner-operators who are massive beer nerds.
The Role
- Is that of a Venue Manager, creating, building and leading a totally new team of passionate, well-trained bar and kitchen staff.
- Has a strong focus on work-life balance and creative license.
- Will be part of the leadership of the business, looking to hold a significant and vital role in the day to day operations.
The Candidate
- Is a positive, enthusiastic, and creative communicator with a love of beer and all of its nuance; or a willingness to learn.
- Has strong leadership attributes, leads by doing and who drives and develops the skill sets of their team and has a mentor attitude to build a team that is a family.
- Is fun, easy-going, self-effacing and willing to be patient and see the lighter side of stressful situations.

Remuneration will be commensurate with cultural fit, ideas and skill sets rather than experience.
