Ballistic Beer's Sleep When Your Dead range features a series of beers that put the importance of beer freshness on show.
The hop loaded beers are 100 percent cold shipped from the brewery and sold within eight weeks of production.
The latest release in the series is a New England IPA and the first place in Victoria to sell it will be Mr West.
At the launch, the Ballistic crew will be serving up tastings of the beer downstairs while, upstairs, the bar will be tapping Victoria's only keg of the beer.
Ballistic's Pale Ale and the El Calavera Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout will also be on tap.
