You don’t eat cucumber looking for a lot of flavour. Not really. But put them in a salad, a sandwich, a watermelon juice or a G&T and they add a layer of freshness and crispness.
So perhaps it’s no surprise that C-Boogie is crisp as a winter’s morning and refreshing as a Pimms Cup. Using a Kolsch-style beer as a base all but guaranteed that outcome. But the drinkability of the Kolsch and crispness of the cucumber are augmented with a smooth malt body, making C-Boogie billow in the mouth like silk waving in the breeze.
It’s sweet, clean, and kind of invites you to mix it with gin.
