Number Juan holds a special place in the heart of Bandolier Brewing and the name is a dead giveaway as to why. It was the very first beer brewed by founder Zander Thompson and first came to life in his back shed, well before the brewery came to be.
Taking inspiration from classic pilsners, Juan’s point of difference is the addition of corn to its malt bill, which gives it a really lean side and flavour that isn’t worlds removed from eating a corn chip. In fact, if you were to drink this beer with a bowl of chips in your hand, then it feels like you've made some very good decisions when it comes to living life.
