Crafty Pint Supporter News – 08.09.17

It hasn't been long since our last update for Crafty Pint supporters, but we've added plenty more in the meantime. There's cases of beer, festival tickets, tasting tokens and more up for grabs – plus more than a dozen signup bonuses for readers who'd like to join The Crafty Cabal and help support independent journalism in return for heaps of benefits.

So, without further ado, what's new?

Brewers Feast 2017

Brewers Feast returns to Abbotsford Convent over three days at the start of summer, bringing brewers, masterclasses, live music, a degustation and more to one of the most iconic venues in Melbourne.

We've got $1500 in tickets to give away to Crafty Pint supporters. Existing Cabalistas can enter a ballot to win one of 20 and anyone joining up can select a double pass as a signup bonus worth more than $70here.

Sydney Beer Week

Sydney Beer Week returns from October 20 to 29, bringing more than 130 events to the city over ten days. You can read about it here.

It launches with an Opening Gala on October 20 at the Australian National Maritime Museum.

We've got ten tickets, each worth almost $50 each, to give to new and existing members of The Crafty Cabal. Existing members can enter a ballot to win one of five, while newcomers can head here to grab one as a signup bonus.

Oktoberfest ACtion

Melburnians are set for two giant servings of Munich over the coming weeks. The Royal Melbourne Oktoberfest at the Royal Exhibition Building is promising to be the most authentic recreation of the original in Australia to date, featuring all six traditional fest brewers, while Oktoberfest In The Gardens (OITG) is looking to create the biggest beer hall ever seen here.

We've got a double pass worth more than $70 for one new Crafty Pint supporter for the Royal Melbourne event and almost $800 in tickets for the latter event at the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Existing Cabalistas can enter a ballot to win one of six $70-plus tickets for OITG with the remaining five on offer as signup bonuses for new members here.

Get some Newtowner Into Ya

Young Henrys has repackaged and tweaked its Newtowner and, to mark the occasion, has given us six cases to give away as the main September prize draw for Cabalistas. Simply enter the ballot before September 30 when we'll pick winners at random and notify them via email.

New Deals

We've been rather busy lining up new comps and signup bonuses over the past couple of weeks (and there's more to come soon). But there are three new ongoing deals to tell you about as well:

  • Head to Uitgang Bar in Richmond and there's a welcome paddles of Exit Brewing beers awaiting you.
  • Order a single beer from Beer Cartel online and they'll give you 5 percent off.
  • Call into Saccharomyces in Brisbane and you can get a pot of house beer with any meal.

Aside from that, there's still one double pass available for the Beer InCider Experience for a new member and, at time of writing, nine $20 tasting token packs for Cutty Cellars' forthcoming CraftOberfest too.
