Little Bang is an Adelaide brewery that has been getting bigger and bigger since launching in 2014.
Now ensconced in an impressive 290-capacity venue in Stepney, they're looking to add to the bar team welcoming guests through the door to drink their beers and wines.
Job Description: Part-Time Bar Supervisor
Who is Little Bang?
We're a craft brewery located near the Adelaide CBD. Serving our locals since 2013, we have grown from a little brewery in the back shed of the family home to a 250,000L brewing facility with 21 taps and a 290-person capacity tap room.
We serve our own and other craft beers from Australia and around the world, along with local wines. We see our tap room as a place for broadening the beer experience but also as a welcoming and relaxed social space.
We are looking for someone who fits this ethos and can relate to our customers and can talk the beer talk! Minimum hours for this role sit around 15-20 hours a week. We have supervisor shifts every Sunday and alternate Thursdays with regular bar shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.
Working with our Tap Room Manager to lead and train our bar crew, you will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task as this role will also be required to support our functions and events.

What we need from you!
- You must have RSA and current RP
- Strong hospitality experience
- Some experience leading a team or individuals
- Experience in function coordination
- Strong beer knowledge and a broad appreciation of beer
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Ability to manage intoxicated and sometimes disorderly people.
