When they first kicked off in 2012, Six String struggled to get their beer on tap in their own region. But they kept up the fight, the locals eventually coming around to what they had on their doorstep and the brewery has become a hub for good beer on the NSW Central Coast. And, since becoming an early adopter of cans, they've been able to spread their reputation further afield.
They're now at the stage where they want to grow even further by employing two sales reps – one in Queensland / Northern NSW and another for the area from Sydney south down to Canberra. If you've got a couple of years experience on your CV, they'll want to hear from you...
Six String Sales Reps/Brand Ambassadors
Six String Brewery is an Independent brewery located on the Central Coast in NSW. Back in 2012 we decided to give the people of the Central Coast something not on offer at the time, craft beer and a venue to experience all that there is to know about beer. Today our philosophy is still much the same and now we want to spread our amplified ales much further.
We are scouting for two people who have the passion for beer like us and can help build our brand and represent us in two areas:
- Queensland & Northern NSW
- Sydney South & Canberra
The roles require individuals who have at least two years industry experience and are ready to build relationships with existing and new customers, plus some of the following skills:
- A passion and love of craft beer
- Experience in the liquor industry
- The ability to work autonomously
- Own car and driver's licence
- Team player
- Sound knowledge of computers/tablets
Tasks involved with the positions are:
- Sales and achieving the targets set
- Tastings and events
- Building and maintaining a portfolio
- Liaising with the Sales manager
- Working some weekends
We will offer a salary, commission and car allowance.
