JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR SUPERVISOR - MELBOURNE
The team at Dainton Family Brewery is in need of a new member, with a Bar Supervisor required to work part-time at the Carrum Downs venue. The full time roll will cover two week days and two weekend days, as well as any additional events as required.
Skills Required:
- Experience of managing bars and staff
- Have a love of craft beers
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be organised and capable of working semi-autonomously
- Be friendly
- Hold a current driver's licence
Responsibilities:
- Help run tastings at brewery
- Take responsibility for opening and closing bar
- Rostering staff
- Organizing kitchen, ordering ingredients, etc
- Organizing live music
- Being in charge of health and safety in bar
- In charge of stock levels, beer lines, keg cellar etc
- Have prior knowledge of working kitchen
