Bridge Road Brewers, based in Beechworth in the Victorian High Country, is one of the most creative and forward-thinking of all Australian microbreweries.
Founder Ben Kraus has created a colourful range of beers and regularly brews alongside some of the stars of the international beer world.

Job Description: Assistant Brewer
Join the team at one of Australiaâs most exciting craft breweries in picture perfect Beechworth. We are seeking a passionate applicant with extensive knowledge and some experience in brewing and packaging operations. The broad position will be very hands on and will be a âlearn from the ground upâ role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Fermentation and tank management.
- Packaging operations â Keg and Bottle.
- Brewhouse operations.
- Grain handling and wort production.
- Warehouse management and order picking.
And last but not least:
- Plenty of cleaning.
Applicants should be passionate about craft beer, have OCD when it comes to attention to detail, have a strong understanding of the brewing process, be able to take direction and complete a diverse range of tasks, and be fit, able and well equipped for manual handling.
Applicants should also be able and prepared to relocate to Beechworth, Victoria, within the next few months.
