If you want to be responsible for your own kitchen serving hungry craft beer lovers – this is your chance to be part of a fun, dynamic and exciting establishment on the sunny Northern Beaches of Sydney!
You will be creating a number of delights including stone fired pizzas and American BBQ fare. We will encourage your creativity with specials and beer tasting events and give you all the training on craft beer you need, to match the perfect grub.
Being responsible for day to day operations of the kitchen, including inventory control, management of kitchen staff, strong communication with the team, waste efficiency and understanding of food safety and safe handling procedures, this will be a fast paced and exciting kitchen environment for a highly motivated and dynamic chef.
If you have more than two years kitchen experience and are ready to own your work, this is your chance to be part of a very unique business on the Northern Beaches.
