JIVA Products focus on creating kombucha and other health drinks, with the Sydney operation currently expanding fast.
To help with that growth, they're looking for an assistant brewer to join them in Botany.
Job Description: Assistant Production Manager / Brewer
JIVA Products is a Sydney-based beverage manufacturer specialising in kombucha and wellness shots. Jiva has continued to grow, making, and distributing premium health drinks throughout Australia.
With this continued growth, we are on the hunt for our next Jiva Family Member.
We are hoping to find our next production manager in the making. Joining our team, you will learn all the ins and outs of production.
What will you do:
- Report to the production manager for all the daily tasks
- Preparing for production runs
- Fermentations
- Running the production line parallel with the production manager
- Packing pallets and ensuring dispatch of stock
- Scheduling, stock management and logistics
- Quality control and record keeping
- Cleaning and maintenance
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with a food & beverage manufacturer or brewer.
- Experience working under HACCP, ISO 9000 quality systems.
- Raw material handling & CIP
- Knowledge of conducting quality checks & keeping production records
- It is also expected that successful applicant will have a forklift licence or be prepared to get one.
