Job Description: Shift Lead
As the Little Creatures Geelong Brewery continues to grow, we have an opportunity for a skilled Shift Lead to join our Packaging team in Geelong, on a permanent full-time basis. This role will report to the Packaging Leader.
You will work effectively and proactively as part of a team to deliver the plan whilst also coaching and building the capability of others. You will be the go-to person looking after the shift, and will use your experience in the production environment to make tough calls when necessary. We place great importance on pursing improvements in safety, quality, value, process excellence and culture. The role will operate on a weekly rotating shift pattern across days (6am-2pm), afternoon (2pm-10pm) and night (10pm-6am) shifts.
