Job Description: Senior Brewer
As part of the Fermentum Family, brewing with us gives you great career opportunities, the chance to dabble in a range of delightful brews and a place to work where your teammates are some of the best in the industry!
Based at our Spotswood site in the heart of Melbourne, this role will see you becoming a key member of the production team for our core Victorian brands Fixation Brewing Co and Two Birds Brewing Co, as well as occasionally lending a hand with brews for the Stone & Wood portfolio and other tasty beverages from across the fam!
To help us create these delicious bevvies, we’re on the hunt for a senior and seasoned brewer who knows their stuff while still keen to keep learning and growing in the wonderful world of beer. This is a special role for someone who shares our values, cares about supporting a safe and fun work environment and wants to be part of a tight-knit team. Solid experience across all aspects of brewing from brewhouse to cellar and packaging is also a must.\
