Job Description: Experienced Brewer
Riverside, established in 2012, home of 69 Summer Ale, 55 Pale Ale, 77 IPA, 777 Imperial IPA, Peril Imperial Stout, Tropico Juicy IPA and many more beers are looking for an experienced brewer.
- Brewhouse operation and excellence in all areas of beer production.
- Excellence in dry hopping, fermentation maintenance, tank transfer, carbonation, keg cleaning and keg filling.
- Packaging experience with Bottling and Canning Lines.
- Maintain records for production and fermentation.
- Work at Festivals, events and tastings where required.
- Forklift licence to load / unload raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for efficient operation.
