KAIJU! have been expanding rapidly in recent times and with some shiny new equipment installed, they've got space to brew a lot more beer. 

If you'd like to help sell that beer, they're hiring two sales reps with one being based in Victoria's west and the other in NSW. 


Job Descriptions: Sales Reps 

KAIJU! Beer is an independent, family-owned brewery based in Dandenong South, Victoria

We’ve been on a roll the past few years enjoying consistent growth, solidifying our national ranging and we’re on track to open our taproom this year! 

We are currently looking to fill two sales representative roles - a newly created role servicing the west in Victoria and one in NSW due to the relocation of our current sales representative.

Recently doubling the size of our brewhouse plus new fermenters and a brand new canning line on the way, we’re in a perfect position to meet the growing demand for our products.

You will be well supported by a strong sales and marketing team based at HQ in Victoria and have an established territory and distribution support to nurture and grow. 

Who are you?

  • A natural collaborator with a sunny disposition
  • Confident and proactive
  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for the independent drinks market
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service background and long-standing connections in both on and off-premise trade
  • Hardworking and diligent, with a high level of productivity
  • Zealous approach to planning and a love of achieving long term goals 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Confidence in handling your own territory
  • A problem solver with the ability to assess and react appropriately 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle (vehicle allowance provided)
  • Current RSA certificate

  • Flexible work hours - evening & weekend work will be required at times.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques & ability to close 
  • Effective planning, time management & organisation skills 
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting and diligently maintain our CRM
