Two Birds Brewing is Australia’s first female-owned brewing company, trailblazing our way into the record books by developing sophisticated, approachable beers in our award-winning brewery that embraces everything that is good about the craft beer industry in Australia. Located in Spotswood, ‘The Nest’ has become home to our beautiful brewery, bottling line, tasting room, meals and function facility.
As part of the Fermentum Family, we have joined other great beer brands like Fixation Brewing Co and Stone & Wood in making the freshest, best quality brews for our drinkers to enjoy! To help us create these delicious beers, we’re on the hunt for an experienced production team member to join our crew at our Spotswood site. This is a special role for someone who shares our values, loves beer, understands the art of brewing and wants to be part of a growing team! We’re keen to hear from you if you’re:
- A seasoned commercial brewer or production operator with a previous experience under your belt,
- A recent or soon to be graduate of an accredited brewing or packaging degree or qualification, or
- A qualified engineer, electrician, or aligned mechanical trades person looking to join the brewery industry with some home brewing stories to share.
