With planned construction already underway to increase our brewing capacity, we are seeking suitable candidates that meet the selection criteria and we also want to hear from the young and motivated and hear how you can make a difference to our team and the Sanctus Brand.
Sanctus Brewing Co is nestled in the heartland of the Clarence Valley, the place that we like to call god’s country. We are as coastal as we are country and share the belief that a day spent in the Australian sun is all the more better washed down with a brew or two!

We need you to be:
- Solution focused
- Competent in scheduling, brewing, cellaring and packaging
- Able to manage raw materials and lead inventory control
- Maintain all brewery plant & equipment as if they were your own
- A competent leader who is able to train Bar & Kitchen staff in beer tasting & appreciation
- Host tasting events and brewery tours for both our Pathfinders Club and customers
- Willing to take our cheeky festy van on the road to festivals and events
- Contribute to the marketing and vision of the brand
- A person who leads by their actions but can communicate effectively and efficiently to reach a desired outcome
- A subscriber to processes that lead to results
- Familiar with cloud-based production tools & app technology
Qualifications and Experience:
- Three years previous production based brewing experience.
- IBD Diploma or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Forklift ticket
- Current NSW driver’s license or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
