Cellar Boys Brewery launched in London last year and, with one of the brewery's founders moving to Sydney, they're looking to start brewing locally.

As a result, Cellar Boys are on the hunt for somewhere to brew.


Cellar Boys Brewery Looking For Facility To Brew In Sydney 

Founded in London, Cellar Boys Brewery started its roots brewing in basement of a pub called The White Hart Beer House & Kitchen in New Cross. As beers were being drank faster than they could be brewed on its 50L Nano Brew kit, a decision to scale up was only a matter of time. We now brew on a 15 barrel kit five minutes from the pub. 

Not long after scaling up we became finalists in a new brewery competition at the infamous Independent Manchester Beer Convention 2019, an achievement we are extremely proud of. Just recently one of the founders and head brewer has relocated to Sydney and is looking for somewhere to brew this quality range of beer. 

We are extremely excited to bring this tasty beer to the craft beer punters of Sydney and the rest of Australia. On top of that we are also looking forward to sharing lots of British knowledge and experience learned over the last seven years in the craft brewing scene in the UK. We also own pubs in London (The White Hart BH being one) which could be a possible export for you down the line. 

Facilities Sought After: 

  • 5 – 40 HL Brewing System 
  • Conical Temperature Controlled Fermentation Vessels 
  • Access to facilitate fermentation and carbonation 
  • Forced Carbonation Facilities 

Experience: 

  • Seven years working in the craft beer industry 
  • GCB from IBD, London 
  • Brew Labs Intensive and Practical Brewing Course, Sunderland 
  • Forklift experience 
  • Australian driving license 
  • Numerous brewing competition achievements 
  • Worked on 50L Nano brew kit, 25HL brew kit and a 40HL brew system 

We are also more than capable of the following jobs on site: wort production, yeast propagation, tracking, and management, sensory analysis of all products on an as-needed basis, batch tracking and inventory management, raw materials tracking and inventory management, facility maintenance/cleaning/well-being on a daily and continual basis, equipment optimization and preventative maintenance, cellar management (CIP/ dry- hopping, transfers), assist in weekend duties rotation (gravities/carbs/utilities checks/etc.), QA/QC duties and other duties as assigned.
