The Tathra Hotel holds more than a century of history inside its walls and in recent years has replaced its pokie machines with a brewery.
If you want to run all things beer for Humpback Brewery, they're hiring a head brewer.
Job Description: Head Brewer
The Humpback Brewery is located inside the Tathra Hotel on the far south coast of NSW, half way between Sydney and Melbourne. Tathra hotel has been extensively renovated and all gambling removed. the brewery is in
the old poker machine room behind the bar.
The micro brewery opened in January this year and can brew 500 litres at a time. At present we are only brewing for on premise sale at our two hotels.
We are looking for a brewer to run all aspects of the brewing process.
