The brewery bar at 3 Ravens in Thornbury has come a long way since opening in its current form. The ten tap, barrel lined venue hosts regular weekly events plus big parties and pop-ups. If you'd like to head up the team there, they're after a bar manager.

3 Ravens Brewery is on the hunt for a bar manager!
We have:
A small bar at the brewery with a quirky/eclectic style and rustic appeal. Our bar has 10 taps showcasing an ever evolving range of beers including seasonal releases and other concoctions. The emphasis is on great beer, local spirits, wine and a great vibe. We open up the roller door four days a week and offer the space for private events.
You will have:
- a positive attitude
- a keen eye for detail
- a love for customer service
- a passion for all things beer
- stock management experience
- email management experience
- experience in management of private functions
- experience in training and rostering staff
- the ability to develop a calendar of events for the space
- be capable and willing to learn beer system maintenance (i.e. beer line, coupler cleaning, troubleshooting)
- happy to work behind the bar a few shifts per week
- comfortable using social media platforms
- availability Thursday through Monday
- a valid RSA and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate
