After many years of brewing without a home, the team at Quiet Deeds is getting closer and closer to finishing its brewery in Glen Iris.  Before that happens, they're after someone to help get their beers, plus a few other beverages, into more parts of New South Wales.

Job Description: Sales Representative - NSW

With the opening of our new Deeds Brewery in the Melbourne suburb of Glen Iris due in September, along with our recent rebrand and the upcoming launches of a number of new beers in keg, can and bottle, as well as a sour releases and a barrel-aged program on the horizon, this is a perfect time and fantastic opportunity to join a fun and growing brewery.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Rep to help grow Quiet Deeds in NSW, as well as increase the distribution of Founders Brewing (U.S) and English sour brewery Chorlton who we are launching in July, along with the rest of the Red Island portfolio of international beers and spirits.

We are looking for someone who has awesome relationships with customers in Sydney and the surrounding area, and who is enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the beer industry.

As we are a small and growing business, this will be a varied role where you will get lots of autonomy, therefore you need to be highly organized, motivated and most importantly have a positive attitude!

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base on a monthly basis
  • Develop close relationships with key customers
  • Obtain new on and off-premise customers
  • Arrange and complete in-store tastings and events
  • Work with wholesalers and distributors

Requirements:

  • Prior craft beer sales experience
  • A proven track record of growing brands and hitting sales targets
  • Extensive knowledge of NSW craft beer market and a passion for the beer industry
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good presentation skills
  • Flexible work hours, evening and weekend work may be required.
  • Current NSW driver's license
  • Current RSA certificate

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, product allowance, individual bonus structure, company supplied vehicle or car allowance, mobile phone and computer.

If you feel you are suited for this position, we would love to hear from you, so please send your resume and a cover letter to info@redisland.com.au.
