The Role:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our brand and expanding our reach across Melbourne and beyond. You’ll work closely with our team to drive sales, build relationships with key accounts, and ensure our beers are enjoyed by as many people as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Represent Devilbend at industry events, trade shows, and festivals.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the craft beer or beverage industry.
- A deep passion for craft beer and a strong understanding of the Melbourne market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. - A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
