Our brewery is growing, and we need a skilled brewer to help take our production and quality to the next level.
The Role: Experienced Brewer
We’re looking for someone with a strong brewing background to join our team and be part of the day-to-day operations of our brewery. You’ll be responsible for everything from brewing and cellaring to packaging and quality control.
Your key responsibilities:
- Brew great beer – Oversee the brewing process from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Cellar & fermentation management – Monitor fermentation, manage yeast, and ensure quality control.
- Packaging & distribution – Assist with kegging, canning, and ensuring our beer gets to customers in top condition.
- Process improvement – Help refine brewing processes and ensure efficiency in production.
- Brewery maintenance & hygiene – Maintain a clean, organised, and safe brewing environment.
- Assisting the Head Brewer - We brew beer in 2 states which involves travel for our Head Brewer and potentially you. There is also opportunity to step up and back fill the Head Brewer Role where required - Level up your CV!
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional brewing experience – you know your way around a brewhouse.
- A passion for beer – you care about making top-quality beer and pushing boundaries.
- Strong attention to detail – quality, consistency, and cleanliness matter to you.
- A team player – you work well with others and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Physically capable – brewing involves heavy lifting, long hours on your feet, and working in a hot environment.
- Knowledge of brewery equipment & processes – experience with fermentation, yeast management, and packaging.
- A problem-solver – you’re proactive in troubleshooting and improving operations.
