JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR BREWER
Reckless are looking for a Senior Brewer to join our growing team in Bathurst. You’ll be making our award winning beer alongside our current team of 3 brewers. We’re also offering relocation packages to the right candidates, so if you’re thinking about a tree change this is your sign! This is a flexible full time role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Clear Wort production
- Supervising Packaging tasks including canning and kegging
- CIP & SIP of FVs, BBTs & all other plant
- Cellar management
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for efficient operation
- Loading and unloading trucks
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 3 years experience preferred (minimum 1 year in any brewer role)
- Demonstrated ability to operate via SOPs but more importantly to refine and develop process with a quality focused outlook
- Safety first attitude
- A good attitude, and fit into our growing team.
- The ability to work safely and have the physical capacity to perform the manual tasks associated with the position.

Education and Skills
- IBD or equivalent brewing qualification favoured but not essential.
- Forklift License
