About The Opportunity
Sea Legs is seeking a full-time, experienced Packaging Manager to join our dynamic production team at our Kangaroo Point brewery. What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of all packaging operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
- Operate and maintain our CODI counter pressure filler and related equipment
- Collaborate closely with the brewing team to ensure all scheduled tasks are completed on time
- Execute and document daily quality checks
- Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) tasks on tanks and other equipment
- Handle general housekeeping, warehousing, and logistics tasks to support overall production efficiency and safety
- Effectively manage and track packaging material inventory
Who you are
- A person who holds themselves to the highest standards of quality in every aspect of their work
- A dedicated, dynamic, and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar position
- Experience operating a CODI or similar counter pressure filler is highly valued
- Highly adept at integrating into the team culture
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Holds a forklift certification and an open driver's license
