KegLand specialise in getting brewing equipment into the hands of home and pro brewers. 

If you specialise in meeting customers' needs, then they want to hear from you. 


FULL TIME WORK AVAILABLE: Customer Satisfaction Team Member 

 We are ideally looking for someone to join the KegLand family who is ideally passionate about home brewing. 

We can teach you what you need to know so if you are not an expert brewer that is fine but you must have a commitment to the customer experience Our philosophy at Kegland is that we are servants to our customers' needs and without them, we would have nothing. So we are looking for staff who share this level of commitment to our customers experience.

Work location: KegLand Head Office - 410 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, VIC, 3174 

Day to day activities: Taking phone calls, responding to emails, testing products, assisting with repairs/returns, general website maintenance. 

Hours: We are looking for staff to work 9am til 5pm Monday to Friday.  Ideally, we are looking for full time staff but if you only have 3-4 days available per week that is fine too so apply anyway and you might get lucky.

It's a fun but fast-paced job that requires good phone manner. You will need reasonable skills on a computer so you can write emails quickly and use the various Microsoft applications and our ERP system.
