Job Description: Senior Brewer
A very well-established, award-winning small brewery in central Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Brewer to start asap.
The successful candidate will have a key leadership role in the business; autonomously leading the process from paddock to pint: from ordering all brewing supplies, to brewing, to filling kegs, and everything in between!
Located in a buzzing, high foot traffic area, the brews will range across three core styles and three highly rotational (create a new recipe most weeks!) plus oversight on three more externally contract-brewed lines.
