JOB DESCRIPTION: SOUTH-WEST SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is on the hunt for a capable, agile, and experienced Sales Representative for the Southwest of WA in a full-time capacity.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is family owned and operated. Since 2010, we have been steadily growing our brewery production capacity and distribution throughout WA.  Our Southwest Sales Representative has an important role to play in gaining further traction in the state, as such we are looking for someone to take on this role and make it their own.

We have good relationships with established customers and a reputation for being reliable and good to work with. The role will involve managing customer relationships, supporting our customers, expanding our customer list and some brand activation activities (such as tastings, events and festivals).

The right person for this role will have at a minimum, two years of sales experience, with excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills, but moreover, be friendly, a good communicator, unwaveringly motivated, super organised and a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise.  Someone with substantial industry experience who understands and loves the beer scene would be highly desirable.

This role would be a great fit for with someone with experience in developing sales strategies for key customers, working with teammates on strategic priorities, maintaining a CRM and reporting on their sales performance. This is a collaborative role, working closely with the logistics, marketing, brewery, and management teams.

The role will require 2-4 overnight stays a month to the Great Southern and Peel regions, along with some evenings and weekends to support tastings and events. The successful candidate will need to live in the Southwest of WA, have a current driver’s licence and be able to work in Australia. Vehicle and phone allowance, along with laptop will be provided.
