Job Description: Business Development Executive – Atomic Beer
Good Drinks Australia is one of the country’s largest independent brewers. Home to several leading beer and drink brands, the Good Drinks family includes Gage Roads Brew Co, Matso’s Broome Brewery, Atomic, Alby, Hello Sunshine, Miller, Coors, Magners and San Miguel.
It all started in 2005 with Gage Roads, which has grown to become one of Australia’s largest craft brewers. Named after the strip of ocean separating the port of Fremantle and Rottnest Island off WA’s coast, we saw a lot of ourselves in this spot. So we decided to name our brewery after it. It's a home to seagulls and sharks; surfers and swimmers; ships and sailors. A place where you can relax, explore, escape, or seek out adventure.
Most recently we brought to life our newest brand, Atomic with a stunning Redfern microbrewery/venue in the heart of the Inner West of Sydney. With recent wins at GABs and recognition at the Australian International Beer Awards, the brand is primed for further growth. It’s edgy, urban and has a cool new visual identity which is turning heads everywhere. The venue is also really starting to hum now that the interruptions of Covid are hopefully behind us. About the role
This role is solely focused on the growth of the Atomic brand in the inner west of Sydney. You will work closely with a dedicated marketing resource, the Atomic Venue Manager and Head Brewer to create true local momentum for the brand.
You will develop, execute and be managed against a plan to grow Atomic’s footprint and sales rate, from the Brewery out -sequentially throughout the inner west of Sydney.
You will be the face of the brand in the inner west and ideally will be well connected in its hospitality and broader community.
We’re looking for a professional, social and highly driven individual with either a strong hospitality or liquor sales background to come on board and be an integral member of our growing sales force, located in the Sydney CBD fringe.

We're looking for an experienced, strong and committed liquor sales professionals to join our successful and fun team. This role will be dedicated to driving sales of Atomic predominantly through the on-premise channels with the successful candidate required to call on our great list of existing customers as well as develop new and lasting relationships with owners and managers of retail bottle shops, bars, pubs, taverns and everything in between right across the Inner West.
This of course is not your typical 9-5 job, with a few fun late nights and occasional weekend hustle all part of the gig.
