Now they've emerged as madcap as ever, they're looking to add to their brewery team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER
Willie the Boatman Brewery, based in St Peters in Inner West Sydney, is looking for an experienced brewer to join our team.
Answering to our Head Brewer, your responsibilities will include:
- Brewing
- Cellar work
- Lab work
Ideally, you will have some formal education, such as completing the NSW TAFE Course, Diploma or Degree in Brewing. A Forklift Ticket would be preferable.
Willie the Boatman has been a part of Sydney’s Inner West Brewing scene for eight years. Our beers have won multiple awards and our growth across the country has been exponential over the last 12 months.
