Brick Lane Brewing is a proudly independent brewer making awesome beers and ciders from its world class brewery in Dandenong.

The Brick Lane Brewing Community includes all those who enjoy good beer – our consumers, customers, partner brewers, suppliers, friends and other independent brewers. We have an amazing home base in Dandenong and believe in inclusivity and diversity in brewing and that we have an obligation to do good in our community and environment. We actively engage with a broad range of partners across a variety of areas through brewing great beers, partnering with customers in the trade, and helping community organisations and charities.

We are seeking a Production Planner to join our fantastic Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall planning and management of production by developing an agreed operational plan which delivers the right quantity of the right product to the right location at the right time, within agreed inventory policy, while ensuring efficient use of resources.

Reporting to our Head Brewer and working closely with our Operations team, you will take the lead in managing all the elements of production planning and scheduling, including execution of the S&OP plan, management of production ERP modules, production reporting, stocktake management. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to coordinate materials, resources, labour, and preventative maintenance activities across production to deliver production plans.

A key component of this role is to support management of contract brewing production plans, working closely with our brewing partners to coordinate and communicate scheduling of brewing activities. In addition, this role will take a lead in championing strong OHS and Continuous Improvement practices across the team.

You’ll bring previous experience in a brewing/production environment with demonstrated capability in a production planning or administration role and management of ERP systems, ideally in an FMCG environment. As part of a small and dynamic team you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.
