If there's one thing guaranteed to work up a good thirst for a nice beer, it's running. So it stands to reason that a lot of running ought to make you really, really thirsty. Which brings us to the good news for anyone running the Great Ocean Road Marathon this weekend: the folks at the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse are putting on a special event out front with all the essentials for your post-race recovery session.
The Prickly Moses beer bus will be parked outside serving up cold beers from its side, they'll be slinging bowls of pasta for your carbo-loading needs and there'll be live music to aid the recovery.
The pop up beer garden will be open from 10am all weekend, with the headline musicians and special guests hitting the stage at 9:30pm on Saturday then again at 2pm on Sunday.
