To celebrate the release of the new 'Full Circle' West Coast pilsner collaboration between Hop Nation and Balter Brewing, the former is hosting the latter for a launch soiree on February 21.
The beer – so named for the "full circle evolution of drinkers from lagers to IPAs to sours and back again" – is being spruiked as a stylistic mash-up of Hop Nation's Rattenhund and Balter's hopping techniques; given the repute for which both brewers are known in those particular fields, it's probably going to end well.
Befitting the occasion, Scotty from Balter will be in the house, and they'll have limited release Balter beers on tap, tasting paddles, nerdy beer chats and more.
