Sludgefest – the annual dark beer love affair at The Dutch Trading Co – is back for 2023, bringing with it 18 rotating taps of glorious dark beer and an assortment of events.
Taking place between June 16-18, you'll be able to enjoy rare kegs (see the list of brewers below), beer and ice cream matching, a pyjama party, movies and more.
- June 16: Brooklyn Beasts Eat Ice Cream - Enjoy six Brooklyn Black Ops beers matched with ice cream from Pietro Gelateria. Limited spots available so you'll need to make a booking here.
- June 17: DJs & PJs - Get dressed in your finest sleepwear and head to the bar for "big, dumb beers" and a live DJ pyjama party.
- June 18: Dark Day Movies - Enjoy $20 jugs, slow cooked winter stews and dark day movies on the big screen; fans of Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, and Where The Wild Things Are take note!
