If the idea of spending an afternoon running around Geelong in pursuit of great beer is your idea of fun, your luck is well and truly in as the city gets set to host Hop-A-Long Geelong.
Taking place on April 1, six venues will be opening their doors for this moving feast of local flavour. The way it works is that you grab a ticket then you have six hours to hop your way through the venues, at your own pace, sampling 24 different beers that'll be coming from a dozen top Aussie breweries (see lineup below).

- Pistol Pete's Food n Blues
- Union Street Wine Bar
- Valhalla Taproom
Tickets cost $60 which includes a whopping 24 x 100ml beer tasters, a Hop-A-Long tasting glass with holder, a beer passport to get stamped at each venue, and a $10 voucher to go towards food at one of the participating venues.
The fun officially starts at midday, at whichever venue you want to begin at.
