The concept of a business being on a journey may be have had its impact watered down in recent years thanks to marketing overuse, but in the case of Deeds Brewing it still seems like a perfectly appropriate catch-all to describe their first decade – and perhaps a bit beyond that.
Since starting out as the contract brand Quiet Deeds in 2012, the business has been through its share of ups, downs and monumental delays, only to have emerged on the other side with a quite majestic brewery, taproom and kitchen in Glen Iris, a nationally respected brand and a whole bunch of highly regarded beers.
To celebrate what they've achieved so far, they're inviting you to join them in a time warp ten years in the making.
Within their taproom they'll have stands set up, between which you can wander and taste your way through a range of beers that represent some of the highlights and significant developments of the brewery and business over the past decade.
A ticket gets you a souvenir beer glass, ten beer tasters plus ten snacks to accompany them. For posterity, you can also bag yourself a limited edition t-shirt.
